We were born out of necessity. My children and I love video game toys & collectibles. The trouble with this is that these toys are very hard to find. When we found something we liked, they would often be out of stock. My goal is to bring to you, the video game toys, collectibles, action figures and plush characters you want at reasonable prices.

Shipping Information:
At Knuckle Sandwich Toys we have decided to keep our shipping policy simple. We ship all orders recieved before 5pm EST the same day. "We know you want your items right away"! Terms are as follows:
1) We are only doing business in the US.
2) We ship by UPS and USPS Priority Mail.
3) Shipping to APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam will be by USPS Priority Mail.
4) If you order in stock items together with pre-order items(the items with expected shipping date), we will process your order when pre-order items are available to ship.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Knuckle Sandwich Toys offers a 30 day return policy on all items purchased from us. The customer assumes shipping costs for original shipment and shipping back to Knuckle Sandwich Toys. At Knuckle Sandwich Toys' discretion, this policy can be altered.

NO returns of any type will be accepted without a MRA. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a MRA: customer name, order number, item number and nature of the problem.
All products returned MUST: Be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned non-defective items. Knuckle Sandwich Toys strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Knuckle Sandwich Toys immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Knuckle Sandwich Toys within 30 days from the order date, at Knuckle Sandwich Toys' discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Any item that is missing the UPC, we can ONLY be replaced with the same item. Knuckle Sandwich Toys will pay all return and replacement shipping charges on all defective merchandise.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns that are unopened and in as new condition can be accepted directly by Knuckle Sandwich Toys within 30 days from the order date, at Knuckle Sandwich Toys' discretion for credit or exchange. Customer is responsible for new shipping charges when returning a non-defective item for an exchange.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
